Installation

Our installation team is the finest in the sector, composed of directly-employed craftspeople who adhere to our exacting standards and carry forward the same approach we took to the design, specification and manufacture of the floor. Our engineered floors have been designed to facilitate a simpler fit and may be installed by a third-party fitter, if preferred.

Wood flooring straddles the domains of structural integrity and interior design. The key to every successful floor installation is the structural stability, quality and flatness of the sub-floor and we will advise you what needs to be done by way of preparation. We expect and ensure a level surface that far exceeds British Standards.

Weldon installations are overseen by a project manager and a site supervisor who work closely with our client’s partners to understand their unique needs at every stage of installation.

We liaise closely with other trades so that the floor works seamlessly with other features like the stonework, joinery, etc., and to ensure elements like floor boxes are incorporated perfectly.

Every detail is double-checked, ensuring that that the collaborative design process, choice of exquisite materials and painstakingly-crafted timber all come together to deliver the finest flooring.
